Only been for brow waxing and threading, but left with a nice shape each time. Threading was incredibly painful due to the speed so I just go with waxing now. Good experience and always availability through Treatwell.

I’ve had eyebrow lamination done by four different people in the past but wanted to find somewhere to get it in the city centre. I can safely say that the eyebrow lamination, tint and threading at B.You.T is the best I’ve ever had - I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else again!! Lovely salon! I was a bit nervous coming in because of past bad threading experiences at other places, but I was imediately put at ease and it was one of the most painless threading sessions I've had. It was fast but very thorough, she shapped them, then went over both brows with tweezers and then even filled them in a bit of brow shadow! Will definitely go here for all future appointments.

I had an amazing experience with Shaza! She did a fantastic job with my lash lift and eyebrow shaping, and I absolutely love my haircut. She was professional, kind, and really paid attention to detail. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her services!

I had my first waxing experience in the UK, and she was the best waxer I've ever encountered! The entire process took just 20 minutes, and my hair disappeared effortlessly. She was kind and composed, maintaining the perfect temperature for the wax, making it a painless experience. Unfortunately, since I booked through Treatwell and didn't catch her name, I can't thank her personally, but she's undoubtedly the best.

Have been getting my legs waxed at this salon for a couple of years now and am always so happy with the results. Attention to detail is great, products they use are nice, atmosphere in the salon is super calming and the staff are friendly but not intrusive. Would definitely recommend!

My first time going here was slightly nervous but honestly the senior salonist was so kind and reshaped my eyebrows so well and made them identical considering they’ve been two different shapes for years and other therapists haven’t been able to do what she did. So thank you. 100% reccomend!

I’ve visited this salon several times now and had a great experience every time. Waxing appointments here always quick and almost entirely pain free, have been to many other places before and this one is probably one of the best for this type of treatment. Will definitely return again!
